We want you to absolutely love the stuff you buy from Cameesa. Seriously. Think about it: if you buy a shirt and it doesn't fit right or it's just not your color, you will probably never wear it. We want you to wear your Cameesa gear all the time! So we'll do everything possible to make sure you love your shirt.
That means that we offer free returns within the US. That means we have a real phone line where you can talk to us. That means 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
We believe that online shopping is all about trust, and we are willing to bend over backwards to earn it.

What kind of T-shirts do you use?
We use American Apparel and Tultex Tees (sized identically). We love their T-shirts and their business. All clothing is produced here in the States under the best working conditions. Find out more about American Apparel, or Tultex

What type of printing is used?
Screen printing.
How should I wash my shirt?
Machine wash cold. Wash dark colors separately. Do not bleach! HANG DRY ONLY. Be careful - minimal shrinkage may occur.
Why are shirt prices different? In other words, why are shirts priced differently?
A shirt price varies for a few different reasons:
- the number of colors the design uses (ie. 6-color design will be more expensive than a 2-color),
- the color of the shirt (ie. a white shirt is less expensive than a color shirt)
- the complexity of the design (ie. a wrap-around is more expensive than a regular logo in the middle of the t-shirt),
- the design uses specialty inks (ie. if the design requires discharge, water-based inks, etc., it will be more expensive)

It's easy! Simply find something in our Shop section, and add it to your cart, then simply Checkout.
Is the site safe and secure?
Of course! All personal information provided to Cameesa is protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. We don't like 'em either! Feel free to check out our privacy policy.
To know you're safe, a small lock icon will appear in the lower right-corner of your web browser. When you see it, your information on that page is safe and secured.
We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to keep you super safe. This gives us added online security to protect your personal information from unauthorized use.
We do not store your credit card information at any time!

What type of shipping do you offer?

How much will it cost?
Costs are determined by method of shipment, destination and the weight of the items.
Return Info
How do I return a T-shirt?
Fill out our Returns Form.
What is your Return Policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a credit, or full refund. You have 365 days, from the purchase date, to return your shirt. Keep in mind, that the T-shirt must be in its original condition in order to return it. After we have refunded you, you can purchase a different Tee that will make you happy.
What is your Exchange Policy?
Unfortunately, for logistics purposes, we do not perform exchanges; however, you can return your product and re-purchase something with your refund money.
Do I have to pay to ship it back?
No, we will pay for your return shipping costs, both ways. Just fill out our Returns Form and we will contact you with more information.

Can I change my username?
Sorry, all information in your profile is editable except your username. We're all one big family! Also, we want you to build a good reputation within the Cameesa community.

We respect you. Cameesa understands how important this is and only collects the information necessary to complete your order and to contact you. This includes your profile info, email address, shipping address, and billing address.
We do not store your credit card information.

Submitting a Design Info
Who designs a Cameesa T-shirt?
You do, and then Submit it!
Why should I submit a design?
Without you, and your designs, there would be no Cameesa! You can Submit a design that will be printed and worn by people around the world! Not only will you be famous, you will also get:
- A Limited Edition t-shirt of your design.
- $250 guaranteed minimum prize ($200 cash, and $50 in your balance), you start collecting residuals after the 125th shirt sold.
- We'll send you your T-shirt as soon as it is printed!
How do I submit a Design?
Go to our Submit page and follow the submission directions on there!
When does my Design go on sale?
Once your Design is submitted, it is reviewed by us. After we determine it meets our simple standards (see below), it will go into the Support Phase of the process. Then, the design must be Supported by 50 people to be considered "Supported". Once the Design is "Supported"", it goes on sale to the world!
Who approves my design?
Cameesa will approve or deny your design. Cameesa approves majority of designs as long as they are not obscene, offensive, or just bad.
How long does it take for my design to be approved?
Cameesa will approve your design within 1-2 days. There are periods where we don't like to approve too many designs in one day because we want the new designs to get a little exposure in our, 'Most Recent' section for a little bit. In addition, we do not approve designs by the same artist within the same day.
Why didn't my Design go on sale?
There are two possible reasons your Design did not go on sale:
- It did not pass the Cameesa review.
- It was not supported by 50 people in the Support section
When do I start earning money?
Once your design is fully supported you will receive $250 up front ($200 cash, and $50 into your balance) plus residuals after the 125th shirt sold. Earnings will show up in your balance in your supports section.
Unlike the other T-shirt sites, here at Cameesa your earnings are limitless. In addition, we will send you your T-shirt for free.
What are the design standards?
All Designs must be of good taste and the choice of what makes it to the support phase is completely at Cameesa's discretion. We approve majority of designs as long as they are not obscene, offensive, or just bad.
When can I resubmit a design?
In order to resubmit a design, you must alter it in some way; it cannot just be changing the design's colors around. Once this alter is finished, you can resubmit it at your own leisure.
Supporting Info
Why should I support a design?
For every $20 you support, you will get a t-shirt, and earn $0.20 for every t-shirt sold of that design (once it is fully supported).
How do I support a design?
While a design is in the Support phase, you can support it in $20 increments.
Once you find a design you want to support, click the design thumbnail to go to the support detail page. Choose your desired support amount from the drop-down menu, and click the 'Support this design' button. Payment form can be:
- By credit card
- With your Cameesa balance
- A combination of the above
- PayPal
Once you have supported one design, then you can support many other designs using the same Support amount.
Do you accept PayPal? I don't have a credit card, but want to Support a design, or Buy a Tee, using Paypal.
You must have a Cameesa acount and be logged in to use PayPal. To transfer money, navigate to your Balance and type in the amount you would like transferred from PayPal into your Cameesa balance.
Once your PayPal transaction is processed (usually immediately), the amount will appear in your balance.
Note: You may see Digital Stampede Inc. (parent company of Cameesa) on the PayPal system, this is okay.
When will I get my T-shirt?
Before anyone else! When Once a design is fully supported, we begin producing it for sale. As a supporter, you will be sent your T-shirt the second we have it in our hands.
What if the Design doesn't get printed or fully supported?
No worries, you can support multiple designs, and your credit card does not get charged.
What is the minimum that I can support a design with?
The minimum amount you can support a design with is $20, this will buy you 1 Part of the design, get you 1 T-shirt, and you will start earning $0.20 for every shirt sold, once the design is fully supported.
How do I request a payout/withdraw from my Cameesa Balance?
- To request a payout, you must have at least $20 in your Cameesa account.
- So here are the steps:
- Move money back into your Balance, if it is not in there yet.
- Contact us and let us know that you would like a payout, and your username.
When I support multiple designs, is my money split between them?
No, when you support many designs, the first design to reach 100% is where your full support amount goes. The remainder of your supported designs are moved back to their original amounts. For example, if you are supporting design A (94%), and design B (50%) with $40, then once design A reaches 100%, your $40 goes into design A and this is the t-shirt you receive; in addition, design B is decremented.
How do I move money back into my Balance?
- Navigate to My Supports and click 'Delete Group & Move money to Balance.' This will decrement all the designs you are supporting and will move all money back into your balance.
How do I change my support amount?
First, delete your Supports by clicking "Unsupport All" on the My Supports Page. Then, support a design with a new Support amount. View the video explanation here.
Why can't I change my Support group address from US to non-US?
Since support shipping is now paid, you will not be able to change your country from a US to a non-US because it is more expensive. If you wish, you can unsupport all designs, and re-support with a non-US address.
