@livstar, The title and the quote on the shirt "Everything you see is more of the same" along with the clocks and gears lead me to believe Draco is referring to clockwork as an idiom. The idea of perfect regularity (thanks dictionary.com) and things repeating themselves, not changing, etc.

I think this is awesome, true art. I am going to support this when I get the money to do so.

Although, I feel that on a shirt, this would look better without the top hat, leaving room upward on he chest area for the whole circular part of the image.
